Simulated Touchscreen of the new input system problems

I'm encountering several problems with the new input system.

Buttons sometimes require 2-3 clicks to activate the OnClick() function. (the buttons show that they are pressed)
When buttons are clickable it activates the OnClick function twice.
Touch sometimes doesn't end

I've been having this for awhile, and the bugs was also different from another project, is anyone experiencing the same thing or is there a proper setting for this?
