GPS Raspberry WiFi to Unity3d data communication
Hello all!
Sorry in advance if my questions are incorrect.
I'm currently working on the following project:
The remote GPS module should transfer it's coordinates to my mobile app. The GPS module is attached to Raspberry Pi and broadcast the data using WiFi module.
On the receiving side I have my mobile phone and unity3d app. Recieved GPS coordinates are used in further calculations in my script.
The only referring info I found:

So as I understood it's basically arduino-wifi-unity3d binary data communiaction(button is clicked - light is on).
1) Does anyone knows if it possible to use Raspberry Pi-WiFi module with Unity3d like it used with Arduino in the example above? What would be the difference in code? Any tips how to do that?
2) How to send (from raspberry/arduino) and recieve(in Unity3d) the data like GPS coordinates (like 155.500817,77.568342)
Any help is appreciated!
Did you find the answer yet? Got almost same problem here..
Let me know how you make out. I'm trying to get information on doing something similar with an application I'm creating using Arduino With unity 3d. We have the Communication with the Arduino worked out, we are even using a digital compass that sends N, W, S, E data to our Unity app. But I would also like to get the GPS location to display actual location on a $$anonymous$$ap screen in our app. So far all I had found about GPS was for mobile android devices.
