Decompressing Custom Packages

I have tried downloading the official trees and terrains package off Unity website but when I try to import custom package it says Could not decompress file? I have probably done something wrong but I am new so I wouldn't realise the simplest mistakes. Another Importing problem; I am trying to import a piece of music downloaded off youtube and compressed into a small mp3 but Unity says that it failed to install? Thanks in Advance 7NA | Dan 58462
