How to draw slider thumb on top

Hi! I am making a custom editor window and it has several sliders with animation curves being drawn over the sliders. I want my slider thumb to go over top of the animation curves, but since I am drawing the animation curves on top of the slider I am not sure how to make the thumb go over top of them. Is this possible? Is there anyway I can draw the sliders and the slider thumbs separately from each other or otherwise get the slider thumb on top? I am trying to create my own custom timeline. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
