Unity 2.0 download problem

I recently reinstalled the latest Unity edition (5.3.2), but the download always stops at a certain spot. Skipping over this download completely destroys my The specific file C:/Program Files (x86)/Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Unity/2015/Editor/SyntaxTree.VisualStudio.Unity.Bridge.dl keeps failing to load. Re downloading does nothing.
