How do i disable my buttons while dragging ScrollRect?

So i have a character select screen, which is made with a Scroll rect. My problem is, that my buttons get activated when I start the dragging on them. Is there an option so they do not get pressed while dragging? I tried using the Scroll Rect's On Value Change, but couldn't find a solution. Any help would be appreciated.
