Where to put MonoBleedingEdge, UnityCrashHandler and UnityPlayer.dll ?

Hello! I am new to Unity and I wont to make installer for my first game. When i bulit it I got MonoBleedingEdge, UnityCrashHandler and UnityPlayer.dll in my folder, and I don´t know were to put it. Can someone please help?
