Mono path[1] = '/home/joel/Bureau/Fight-for-Galaxy/Fight for Galaxy_Data/Mono'
Mono config path = '/home/joel/Bureau/Fight-for-Galaxy/Fight for Galaxy_Data/Mono/etc'

Ok, I managed to make it run from console:
javier@ubuntu:XXX$ ./YourGame -force-opengl
Adding "-force-opengl" at the end. I'm using ubuntu 14.04 LTS in a virtual machine on VMWareWorkstation, and Unity 5.3.5f1.
