Image Effect Bug

I'm having a weird issue with Unity 5 image effects. Imported the new Standard Assets folder with 5.3.1 and when adding anything like Color Correction Curves this is what happens when clicking play. if I remove the image effects, it goes away.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Basically the image distorts and starts stretching out. Sometimes it was just on the edge of the screen, but at the moment it's stretching from the bottom left vertical and horizontal.

Same with multiple computers. Both run osx

This was also on my OSX $$anonymous$$acbook. So it's possible this is an OSX issue. :/
