Aset store download issue

Hello! I am facing an issue while downloading asset from asset store. I have downloaded some assets when they were free, not they are paid. I am unable to download those assets. Only free and purchased assets are downloading. Tried to re-install unity. I am using Unity 2017.1p2 and 5.5.3p3. facing same issue in both unity version. Please help!
