Particle Playback Error in 5.4
I just upgraded a unity project from version 5.3 to 5.4 and this has caused one of my particle systems to start playing incorrectly when it is played through ParticleSystem.Play() in Play Mode, but play correctly in Editor Mode.

As you can see, it emits a speed line effect around the player in Editor Mode, but then only emits in a single line along one edge of the emission shape in Play Mode. Does anyone know what causes this behaviour? If I simply change the particle system to Play on Awake instead of calling through ParticleSystem.Play() in script it also plays normally.
