Can you set a particle's pivot or offset?
Particle positions seem to be the center of a quad. Is there a way to offset the quad from the particle's position? In other words, set a pivot point?
I have lightning-style texture. The origin of the lighting is in the top left of the texture, extending down to the bottom right. I would like to emit many particles from a center point, each with a random rotation around the emitter position. Unity/Shuriken seems to emit all particles with the quad centered on the emission point. I would like to offset it so that the top left corner of the quad is always at the emission point. Is there a way to do that?

Thanks. Well that sure sounds like it would do the trick. No amount of googling around turned that up. However, neither ParticleSystemRenderer nor the Renderer base class have that member variable in my code base. I am on Unity 5.2.1f1. Do you know if that was a recent addition?
I see in the release notes that it was added in the 5.3 release. Thanks for the help.
