it says complete size is 9mb but my apk's size is 22 MB. after install in my device, it's size 50 MB..

Do you have any sounds in your game? If so it seems that it's unlikely they occupy only 9.8kb more like 9.8mb (which would make much more sense) which would put it up to 22mb almost exactly (it's 21.49mb I believe.)
I built without sounds but its still 22 $$anonymous$$B (exactly 22.714 $$anonymous$$B)
Are there any sounds in your project folder? If not I have no idea (perhaps it's just something to do with how unity builds the games?).
