Unity won't download on my computer.
I keep trying to download unity. However, when I start the installer, it says something to the effect of installer integrity being bad, so it shuts it down. I tried using an older version but it did the same. Anyone have any helpful hints on what to do? Thank you for any info in advance!
Sounds like you have got a corrupted download. Clear your browser cache and try again. If you are on a $$anonymous$$ac, run the md5 command on the downloaded file, and let the community here know what md5 hash your download gives and what version you have downloaded.

This is going to sound like a bad spam advertisement, but I swear it isn't :P hear me out before you dismiss the following statement: Download it using the Opera web browser.
I was having the same problem as you, and I was using Chrome for downloads, but because it wasn't working I decided to try cycling through the browsers I have installed. Without doubt, Opera has the best downloading facilities. The problem was that the download would stop halfway through, and Chrome would misrepresent this as a completed download. Opera, however, informs the user that the download is interrupted, and if you right-click it even has the option of continuing the interrupted download from the point at which it stopped.
I know it sounds like a bad advert, but I swear that it works!
