unity 3d doesnt working .. pls help.

hi everyone.. ı used windows 8.1.. later i upgrade windows 10 with orjinal license.. my problem is unity 3d opening but stoped gray screen... what is the problem in my unity ? everything is perfect in my computer.. other programs are working but unity 5.4.3f1 do not working.. i will be damned..pls help.. sorry my english :(
