So many errors! And I need help with the GUI

Hello! I am excited to start coding my first game ever (in Javascript)! I started by coding the resources and how they are produced. It was just a "skeleton" of what the actual mechanics will be, but I wanted to start somewhere and this is where I decided to begin. I was also having trouble with figuring out how to program the GUI. BTW, most of these errors are saying to add a semi-colon when I don't need to, then when I add one to try to solve it, save it and see if anything changed, the error is still there! Also I am a inexperienced programmer and I am only 14 years old. Thank you for any help! I really do appreciate it.

Never put functions inside other functions. Also, why are you declaring everything in the Start () function? Variables declared within a function can only be used in that same function, and it looks like you are trying to access them.
