Why does camera not register color until objects are close up?
In my game, a spaceship travels forward past stationary crystals with the camera following the player. The crystals spawn about 100 units from the player and the player moves towards them. When the crystals spawn, they appear to be white, although they are all green. The green color only registers when the crystals get fairly close to the camera. It fades slowly from white to full color as they get closer. I don't want this effect, I want them to just be green from the time they spawn. Are there any camera or graphics settings I can use to fix this?
Uhm the only thing that could cause this is either "fog" or you use a custom shader / image effect that does something similar.
