Cardboard SDK - Can't select options in drop down menu
When I try to use drop down menus I can use them fine when running on my PC, but when I try to run it on my phone using the cardboard I can't select menu options. The reticle also appears behind the menu when used on my phone.
@naxrius Found a partial solution. The reticle is still behind the dropdown but you can at least make a selection. First change the highlighted color of your dropdown menu item under (content/item) to something unique and then put the hex code of that color in the code below ins$$anonymous$$d of #E24E4EFF. Also include using UnityEngine.EventSystems; (sorry for the bad formatting).
Put this in update: if (Input.Get$$anonymous$$ouseButton (0)) { Color tempCol; ColorUtility.TryParseHtmlString ("#E24E4EFF", out tempCol); if (EventSystem.current.IsPointerOverGameObject () && EventSystem.current.currentSelectedGameObject.GetComponent ().colors.highlightedColor == tempCol) { EventSystem.current.currentSelectedGameObject.GetComponent ().isOn = true; } }
