How to do some sort of grappling/carrying system, like in wrestling games and Dragon's Dogma?
In wrestling games, the characters are able to do moves, for example, like suplexes and powerbombs. Basically Character A would grab Character B and then do some sort of animation where they lift Character B and then slam them onto their back. Another example of something similar is in Dragon's Dogma, where the player is able to pickup and carry other characters.
I already kind of understand how to do a pick up and carry system, but I have had trouble finding information on topics like in the first example. Are there any tutorials you recommend to do something like the first example? Are there any other related topics that would point me in the right direction?
