Survival Shooter tutorial (aka Nightmares): Move animation issues on Android
I was going through the Survival Shooter tutorial (aka Nightmares) and after implementing all additions for the newer versions of Unity, all particle effects, etc... decided to try different control setups on my Android device. While using Unity Remote App everything seems to work well, but when finally building and running directly on the Android device, there is a strange artefact on Move animation of the player (see the attached screenshot, specifically the back of the player). No matter which settings I use I just keep getting this. I was wondering if this is a settings issue I cannot find out (going through the documentation and the recommended practices didn't provide any clue), or if it is inherent to the animation itself somehow.
PS: I ended up settling for a single touch joystick and a linked touch to turn and shoot behaviour on the "second finger" (whichever finger is not latched to the joystick), but I doubt this has any impact (the animation was playing with the same artefact similarly with other setups).
