Recursive Functions with Delay
Hi there! I'm currently creating a Programming Game that will be implementing a scratch like programming system. I'm currently having trouble in the part of reading the code blocks. I used a recursive function to read the whole code and have a x amount of delay, but when calling itself the function continues to run. Is there a way to know if the called function is already done after continuing with the execution?
Well normally you know a function is done once the next line of your code is called... but maybe you are using coroutines? If you have visual studio installed with Unity you could debug and step through your code to see whats happening line by line. Hard to tell unless you actually share some snippets with us.
