Physically based sky looks weird during sunset
I am a beginner when it comes to hdrp but I've tried everything and every tutorial online to achieve a decent looking sky. So this is how my sky looks like during sunset:

Hey! It looks like an issue with auto exposure: The sky is almost black, but the auto exposure cranks up the bit of light that's still left.
Try setting your Exposure override to "fixed" (or play with the min/max limits). You either do this in your scene's volume(s) inside the Exposure override or - if it's not set inside your scene - in your default hdrp settings.
