Main camera not rendering in GearVR
I'm working on a space game and have 3 cameras in my scene, MainCamera (the nearest) for showing just the interior of the ship and the ui, Camera_LocalSpace for showing objects in space that are scaled up (I'm using a fixed origin, moving the universe around the ship, and scaling in size objects as I approach/move away from them), and Camera_ScaledSpace to show objects which are far away and remain scaled down. The settings for all 3 cameras can be seen in the image.
When running the game within Unity, everything is fine. The problem is, MainCamera doesn't render anything when I make a build and run it in GearVR (Camera_LocalSpace and Camera_ScaledSpace both render perfectly). I've verified the settings stay the same when the game runs within Unity. I've tried adjusting the camera sizes and clipping plane distances. I've triple-checked the culling masks. I've made a build with only MainCamera (with a star background for a Skybox) but the result is an empty gray universe, the same color as the "Made With Unity" screen. I've put Camera_LocalSpace and Camera_ScaledSpace on the Default layer and the layers you see in the image, but no change.
I'm using Unity 2018.1.2f1 Personal (64 bit) on Windows 10, and building to Android. I updated to the latest Android sdk a week or so ago.
Has anyone else encountered the same problem? I've searching the forum and Google and found some suggestions but nothing seems to work. Prior to updating the Android sdk I was only using MainCamera and everything was fine, so I'm not sure if the issue is with the latest Android, or with some setting which I'm overlooking.
