Two different games, connecting to the same server session, is it possible?
I have an idea for a game where one player uses Gear VR, already booted into VR, and another player plays on his phone like an app game, without any VR. My question is: "Is this possible? Is it possible to create essentially two different games that connect to the same session?"
Alternatively, if the earlier isn't possible: "Is it possible to disable the VR startup that automatically happens with mobile VR apps?" I notice when developing for Gear VR, it automatically prompts you to place your device in the Gear VR headset, but on the other hand, I need it to not boot this way such that those who aren't using the headset can play directly on their phones.
