I move my camera in scene but it wont move in the game?

So I move my camera in scene but when I press play it always goes to the same position. When I move it in play mode it moves but when I walk it goes into same position it was when I started play mode. Please Help.

Please, provide the relevant scripts.... I am 99% sure you have a script to manage your camera which is causing your issue.
