Avoiding light affection on built-in light shader for projector.

What should be changed inside the light shader to make the result not affected by shadows or lights. Simply bright and unchanged in different circumstances. I've tried to add "Lighting Off" inside the pass block, but didn't work.

Any help's appreciated.
