why my object pass through

can you guys help me i've put rigidbodies and collider at the sampe time but when i move it with my keyboard controller it pass through the object i dont know how to fix it. please. alt text

i want to make it interlocked each other but the bottom one keep flying away, i've turn on the frezze position but its still pass through can you guys help me?
