My projects doesn't work!

First of all im a newbie to game making/developing.

I just started 5 minutes ago, i downloaded the editor and clicked on new project, i made one project and after some seconds of loading unity dissapeared and nothing happened, i saw on Task Manager that unity.exe is working tho but i cant stop that task exept if i restart my pc.

I tried restarting and after that opening the project that i made before but still the same... how can i open it and edit it? I'm so stuck. Maybe i do something wrong but maybe not, please help.
