LADDER Need in Unity

I honestly do not understand why there is nothing about making a staircase to the FPSController. I do games you years with various programs and one of the basic things is a ladder. To the program as the Hammer Editor https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=klMWbFQ8Sw0 was only put a texture on a block and was already made ladder. But here the unity is for us more ahead only to wise people who know how to whistle, but to the side.
