How to convert image files into video file

Hi,

I've saved a lot of image files (.png) and I want to convert them into a video file (.avi / .mov / etc.). How can I do that ? Should I use DLL ? Plugin that I didn't know ?

$$anonymous$$y application is for iOS. $$anonymous$$y primary goal is to record a video, but I haven't found any plugin for that. So I'm trying to create it by myself.
