Universal Windows Platform - Huuuuuuuge Build Error

Hey, I'm trying to Build my game for Windows Universal Platform (UWP) but when trying to build i get this weird big errormessage:

I'm using Windows 10 and Unity 5.x For the build i selected Universal 10 and XAML.

I really need this to run :(
