Problem opening projects with the latest version of Unity 2018.1

When I start Unity, I select a project and the project is opened in Unity, imediatelly Unity freezes (process stops). If I go to the Computer Administration (Windows 10 with latest updates) and i remove the driver software for the NVIDIA 940mx then I can start, load and work with Unity. I have a lenovo T460P laptop with an intel HD graphics 530 and a NVIDIA 940MX.

What is causing this problem? all drivers are updated and used to work with Unity 2017.
