Touchscreen GUI Button Not Working With Mouselock

How do I code (in C#) a GUI.Button function to work with both touches from phones? Right now I'm using the OnGUI() function and with the code if (GUI.Button....) but the problem is if I lock the mouse, the buttons on the touch screen don't work as well. Do I have to make a custom GUI.Button for this to work?
