Play mode alt+mouse not rotate camera, Unity Remote isnt working.

Hi all I have unity 5.2.2 on my old pc all the functions work fine. Im trying to install unity on my laptop and the alt+mouse movement doesnt work in play mode. I have tried to install 6 different versions of unity, searched for similar problems and didnt find nothing.

my unity remote is also not functional. downloaded the app for android, enabled development mode,checked for google usb drivers in the sdk, changed to any android device in the editor. while im pressing play, nothing happen. cant rotate around and cant use my phone as a remote,

the problems accours in any project.

I hope you guys will manage to help me cause its my last idea.. thanks!
