Unity opens but then gets stuck

I downloaded Unity 5.3.0 for Window 7(32-bit) and it runs when launched and gets stuck. I provided two images of launch screen [When_Launched]. alt text

And then nothing! It just stays like this :( Please help me to fix this problem.
