Unity 3d exe with graphics auto start of the machine / start unity on machine boot up

I want to start my unity exe to run on the startup of a VM. so I have added a shortcut to exe in the startup. If I do RDP it is able to start the app, but the same thing with auto-login (with opening console session for user) exe is giving Access violation error with unity.dll.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
