Purchasing seats of Unity Pro, iOS Pro, and Asset Server
We currently have one license of unity iOS pro. We want to purchase about one or two more seats of Unity. Do we have to purchase another full licence for Unity pro and another for iOS pro for each person, or do you offer a separate price for each additional "seat" (person using unity)?
Also, we would like to create a system in which our game assets and scenes are stored on a local server. Is there a way we can create a shortcut, thats recognized by unity, that links a folder in the unity project to one our server. Does Unity asset server allow for this, and if so, must you purchase it for each license?

The first question should be directed to Unity Technologies: sales@unity3d.com. But for just a few seats like you need to buy, I don't think you can expect any kind of discount. Volume discounts are not mentioned on their website. But I can't speak for them.
The point of the asset server is to have a central copy of the assets, on the host server. Individuals check out copies to their local project, and if they make changes to an asset, can update the central copy, after testing it. This should give you most of the benefits of a shared copy, with the critical addition of versioning: one person trying out a change to an asset won't accidentally screw up all the other developers. Noone else will see the change until the developer pushes the new version back to the asset server. And if necessary, the change to the new asset can be reversed later- the asset server keeps previous versions around, just in case.
The asset server is an additional cost for each developer using it. Currently it's $500 per person.
There are alternatives to the asset server. It is now possible to use Subversion, for instance. This requires additional work to setup and use.
