Is it possible to get seamless lighting across two of the same objects?

But i'm not quite sure i'm experiencing the same issue as I don't understand unity all that well yet. Basically i'm having issues with a object that I've duplicated and lined up beside the original object in a attempt to make a road. The two objects have a obvious seam between them, i'm not sure if this is due to my not-so great skills at creating seamless textures or if it's something to do with how unity's lighting works. Here's a image which might explain what i'm talking about a little better:
Is there anyway I can get these "stackable" kind of models to work without the seam?
