How to create a blurry layer/sprite to blur sprites underneath?
It seems that one cannot create a blurry layer to be used to blur other graphics beneath this layer, using adobe tools.
My original idea was to place the blurry layer on top of another sprite, and at specific stages, I want to fade away the blurry layer to make the sprite beneath looking sharper by time. Does anybody have an idea on how I can achieve this?
I would like to see if other unity users had to work on a similar situation, and possibly share their solution .....

If you turn all the layers beneath into a single smart layer you can easily blur it all åt once.
