Gambling Licence for Real Money games

Hi Team

I want to develop one real Money Gambling Game for that i need Unity Gambling Licence. So if i will buy one Unity Licence in that how many Seats i will get. Please send me more information on this. Also if will take Pro Licence and build a real Money Gambling Game then is there will be any problem.
