License for different accounts

Hi!

I'm trying to activate one of the 2 computers we have with our 5.x pro license. I'm trying to do it one an employee account, I mean, we have the Organization Owner account and a Manager account and every time I try to put the serial number on the Manager account it says that I can't.

I sent an email to sales department but no body answered me.

Does any one did something similar?
