How can I define my own custom layout for TouchScreenKeyboard?

I would like to use TouchScreenKeyboardType and set it to use a custom keyboard layout. What I want to achieve is a layout similar to TouchScreenKeyboardType.Default but I want to be able to remove specific buttons dynamically, like disable R, S, punctuations, and other buttons.

How can this be achieved? Is this possible?
