Animation Importing Issues
Hi there! I'm new to Unity, and I'm learning it for a VR development class I'm taking. I don't have a super fine grasp on what I am doing, so Ill try and explain it in noob terms. I'm working in Unity Personal Edition 5.3.1
My issue is with importing animations downloaded as skeleton only from Mixamo, and importing them into a T-pose character (also from Mixamo) I have in my environment.
My end goal is to have my character being idle, then changing animations using a Playmaker state change when I press a button in game.
Using an arbitrary asset from the Unity asset store with 5 animations included in it, I am able to do what I want using the "Play Animation" action in Playmaker.
In the Inspector, the working asset looks like this:
It seems that All the animations are included within the "clips" section of the animations tab.
However when I try and use the asset I really want in my scene from Mixamo, It imports with just the T-pose animation, and when I add other animations they dont show up in the "clips" section of the animations tab, and doesnt work in the Playmaker "play animation" action:
