[HELP] Spotlight not affecting trees correctly
I have been having this really annoying problem with unity's light engine. I am using a flashlight (spotlight) in a forest area. Whenever a tree comes within range of the flashlight, instead of lighting only where the light is facing the whole leaf section just suddenly lights up like it's glowing or something, and then as you move the light away it goes from completely lit up to not affected at all. Is this a problem that I'm causing, or is it just that spotlights are just weird? I did notice that it says "Realtime indirect bounce shadowing is not supported for point and spot lights, but that shouldn't be affecting this. Does anyone know why this is happening? It really ruins the effect I'm trying to achieve.
Do you handleded this issue? Have exactly same stuff! here is the video : https://youtu.be/3QOIyGFTt50 .

Nope, still haven't fixed the issue. I went around it though. I just used a candle with a point light ins$$anonymous$$d of a flashlight with a spot light. Hope that helps!
