How to get the value from several InputFields using one script

Hello, I am trying to make a login screen, and I am having problems getting the information from the Modern UI Input fields using one script. I want to be able to send these variables from the input field via a form to a server, but I want them all in a single script so its easy to send, and less work. I am new to unity and cannot find a tutorial on this. I would appreciate anyones help. Thanks!
