Unity sudden crash

Question

So I can make basic things to my first 2D platformer with and approximately 10 minutes and the whole Unity crashes. It won't save my project also. I have already reported the problem.

I have the same issue, I do basic stuff and it just randomly crash. Sometimes I go away from my computer for a couple of minutes and when I come back it has crashed for no reason.

Same thing here. After fresh install it just randomly crashes after about 10-15 minutes.

So I installed Unity twice, on my laptop and my desktop, and after leaving it in the background for a while, like maybe 5-10 minutes, it'll just crash.

I've tried both 5.2.3 and 5.1.0 and they both exhibit this behavior, reproduced 100%. It's really frustrating me.

Both machines were running Windows 7.

I haven't found a clear solution but after I had to format my PC and reinstalled Unity 4th time the problem was gone. The problem seemed to happen with Windows 8.1 for me. Will report back if any problems with Windows 10.
