How do I get the Translucent Blue ( "BASIC" ) water to show up on ANDROID, using UNITY Free version ??

I have made an App on computer and converted it to an .apk file to run on Android Tablet, but the water is showing up as some Flat Blue Sheet on the Android tablet. Looked all over here for Answers, but nobody quite referenced this dilemna.
