Is Unity for me?

I have a need to embed interactive 3D models in a web page. The requirements are:

• The 3D model app will run in a web browser, targeting tablets
  

• The user will import a dxf file which defines a room

• The user will add/resize/move objects around the room

• The user will add/resize/move lamps around the room, creating shadows

• The 3D model must return object positions to HTML page

Now, from looking at your documentation this all seems possible with Unity but I am unsure - especially regarding the targeting of tablets. Please can an expert advise if Unity will support my needs.
