how to reduce bounce of gameobject
I have a number of game objects in a 2D scene that I fire into the air, then they hit the ground and bounce a bit. this is all working great until added an object with a box collider instead of a circle. it hits the ground and rockets out of the scene. the game object has a gentle spin, nothing crazy, but If i remove its spin it bounces normally. if i increase the game object's weight it does reduce its bounce, but I think the game object should have a reasonable bounce at any weight, so I'd prefer not to mess with that value. any clue what could be going wrong?
