VR application blocked/stacked/not working

Hello guys, I have a problem with my unity app. I build it to an android but when i open it, its just stacked, not moving the scene when i move the phone :/ i dkn whats happening. Can you please please help me? I dont know what to do anymore .... Thank u in advance :) Ps: it works perfectly good when i run it on unity.
